Course Overview
This course is designed to enhance the ‘facilitator of
learning’ subcategory of the NPD role. Participants will
gain insight into the NPD practice model and the NPD
competencies by understanding the phases of the
ADDIE model. Education regarding analyzing data about
practice gaps, developing learning activities, and effective
implementation & evaluation of the learning activities will
be included in this course. Participants will leave this
activity with the ability to function as the facilitator of
learning in their NPD role.
