In 1982, IHA partnered with the Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs to create the Management Institute. Since its founding, more than 2,400 hospital managers have graduated from the Management Institute.
Those managers have taken what they’ve learned—healthcare-specific financial management and teamwork skills, management insights, and conflict-resolution strategies—and immediately applied their new knowledge to their respective workplaces.
